Friend and fellow outlaw preacher, Chip Harbin, runs a ministry called The Victor in Statesville, North Carolina. They recenty relocated to meet at the shop where he tattoos.
They meet at a tattoo shop.
We meet at a bar.
We are all sinnners.
We are all saved by grace.

Not only does the guy give him his wallet, but he throws in his coat and dinner as well.
